Position Title:
Account Executive
Basic Function:
Meet or exceed sales objectives for assigned accounts by promoting and selling training services through professional, consultative sales techniques and long-term customer relationships.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Meet minimum sales and collections targets, as set forth by the Owners and General Managers of each location.
- Identify new opportunities for business with both existing and new clients.
- Manage client relationships, including making telephone and face-to-face sales calls to current clients on a timely basis to uncover opportunities and advance the sales process.
- Work with center staff to provide the necessary service required for ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Support customer acquisition activities, including trade shows, email marketing, online webinars and seminar events.
- Prepare written presentations, proposals and price quotations.
- Give presentations and briefings to clients as needed.
- Master the information presented during sales meetings.
- Continually learn new product and industry knowledge and improve selling skills through both online and face-to-face training.
- Use computer software tools to track client contact information, communicate with potential clients, and perform other sales-related functions.

- Market analysis: Understands market trends and the implications of those trends for the industry, customers, markets and the competition
- Business planning: Understands the factors that affect an industry’s potential for profitability and growth and a company’s competitive position, and how this information is used to determine the strategic direction and annual business plan for the company
- Computer literacy: Has basic computer skills for application to prospecting and marketing programs, including customer contact and customer management
- Product Knowledge: Possesses expertise related to New Horizon’s products and services as well as crucial aspects of the business.
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years successful direct sales experience in technology, training, or adjacent industries.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with a Consultative Selling methodology preferred.
- Ability to sell in a team environment.
- Must be able to learn computer software necessary to accomplish the administrative tasks required in position; word processor, contact manager, electronic mail package, and registration database.

Position Title:
Instructor Positions
This Technical Training position provides salary, vacation, personal days, and health/dental. We have many established accounts and have chosen to exclusively train corporate clients. Our training environment is designed for business professionals, and the candidate awarded this position will have the opportunity to work with students from Government, Small/Medium Business, and Enterprise accounts. We currently deliver all training modalities including self-paced learning, MODL, and traditional ILT (including client-site, blended, and custom classes.)
New Horizons of Northwest Arkansas has a strong relationship with Microsoft and is currently the only CPLS in Northwest Arkansas, and one of only two CPLS centers in the entire state. We regularly host free training events to draw potential clients and actively pursue client-customized training opportunities whenever possible.
Candidates with any Microsoft Certified Trainer competency are welcome to apply, though multiple competency holders are preferred. This position requires at least 3 years of experience training corporate/professional clients.
