Tom Dapp, owner and General Manager, has been recognized for creating the most professional and enjoyable learning experience while exceeding customers' expectations through quality instruction and products. In just his second year of learning center operation (in Springfield Mo), he was welcomed into the Circle of Excellence. The Circle of Excellence is a special distinction among New Horizons all over the world, given to center leaders that perform at a significantly higher level.
